Rosalind met Brian and Ferd a year before they launched GWK. How did she react when they first shared the plans for their new endeavor with her? By volunteering to help out however she could! She quickly proved herself to be an invaluable member of the GWK team. Eric Louison is a passionate creator whose knowledge of design, video, and web allows him to help out wherever needed. Graduated from Champlain College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design & Digital Media, Eric has been an advocate and ally working with multiple LGBTQ-owned businesses. When he is not editing videos or working on the website, he enjoys traveling and has lived in Japan, Ireland, and the United States.
Jay has held roles in finance and financial guidance throughout his career, including as a personal financial advisor, at a credit card, and running analytics at a top-tier advertising agency. Throughout his career, he has seen the impact that a lack of financial literacy can have on individuals and entrepreneurs and that, too many times, families and small businesses get caught in a cycle of too much debt that strangles their budgets. That’s why in 2015, he started Practically Independent as a resource to help individuals and small businesses take control of their money with a 12-step plan he created to eliminate debt and build wealth.
Sam joined Circle in 2017, after spending 10 years advising and building a variety of businesses. Having experienced fertility challenges when starting his own family, Sam understands firsthand the importance of support and help to fulfill dreams of parenthood. Sam and his wife are blessed with two beautiful girls with the help of IVF.

Molly has built and sustained her agency out of love for her daughter’s first mom, calling her and her daughter the spark that started it all. Molly also proudly sits on the Abortion Care Network board of directors. Molly has received numerous awards for her work, including Abortion Care Network’s Person of the Year Award, Columbus Ohio’s 40 Under 40, Sunny 95’s Outstanding Woman of the Year, Columbus CEO Top 5, and the National Association of Social Worker’s Lifetime Achievement Award. When she isn’t working for families, she is loving on her own- including her husband Garrick, and three kids Gia, Louie and Penelope.
