Second Nurture (2N) is an exciting support organization for foster and adoptive families that works in LA, Chicago, Columbus and Boston. They welcome families—whether pre-foster, foster, adoptive, or in-between placements—for monthly meetings, with supervised kids’ activities in an adjacent room. This gathering (“Cohort”) soon becomes its own little community. The 2N Family Support Specialist (FSS) facilitates these informal, meaningful meetings.
