- To be listed, your business must be owned or operated by a gay or queer dad or you are a gay or queer dad responsible for sales or business development. (We define a gay or queer dad as someone who identifies as GBTQ+ and is or has been a father to another person.)

- GWK will only list legitimate and legal businesses and professionals.
- Inclusion of family-building organizations (adoption agencies, surrogacy agencies, IVF clinics, etc) — separate from GWK Academy’s family-building partners — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- We expect to be able to verify your listing within 3 business days. Once verified, we will charge your credit card and push your listing live.
- You may request removal of your business at any time. However, you need to allow 2 business days for us to process and remove. Please note that any cancellation request made during the first 30 days your listing has been published will be reimbursed 75% of the total listing fee. You forfeit any reimbursement if your cancellation request is made after your listing has been published for more than 30 days.
- Inclusion of family-building organizations (adoption agencies, surrogacy agencies, IVF clinics, etc) — separate from GWK Academy’s family-building partners — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that your listing will not be displayed, and your credit card will not be charged, until a member of the GWK team has approved your listing. This should take no more than 2-3 business days.
